DHSI

Digital Humanities Summer Institute (DHSI)

With the largest digital humanities curriculum in the world, DHSI is an ETCL-led pedagogical partnership of some 30 institutions and academic organizations plus an expanding international training network. In 2017, DHSI welcomed 875 participants. In 2018 (June 4–15), DHSI will welcome over 800 faculty, staff, and students from the Arts, Humanities, Library, and Archives communities — as well as independent scholars and participants from industry and government sectors — for 71 courses (including workshops), led by an instructional team of over 110. DHSI’s alumni group is some 4000 large, and it mobilizes roughly $1 million in training funding annually.
