Ray Siemens, Eric Haswell, and Karin Armstrong attended the HCI-Book Symposium held this last weekend at UBC. We presented a paper on the Devonshire manuscript, detailing some of our experiments with visualization tools to explore scribal interactions, titled “Understanding Scribal Interactions in Early Manuscript Culture – Electronically, Visually.” At the plenary, we had the opportunity to hear Dr. N. Katherine Hayles speak, as well as Drs. Arthur and Louise Croaker.
