Organizations are moving more resources online to facilitate teaching, learning, and research. To support this objective, organizations confront decisions related to maintaining a balance between controlling access, ensuring privacy, and simplifying resource usage.

This talk will present best practices in approaching service deployment from an identity and access management perspective, to ensure that user access considerations are evaluated as online service delivery planning is underway.
